My advice-Register first and then get your luggage or drive around to the front and use the bellman to take your luggage to your room.
Just dragging our luggage from the self park area across the casino floor to the registration desk was exhausting. Like most of the hotels on the infamous 'Strip' the pyramid shaped Luxor is enormous.
He recommended the Luxor so that is where we stayed.
